Mitel: Call Routing Setup

Setup your Mitel call routing to automatically forward to your voicemail after a certain number of rings.

Instructions

Login to the Mitel application using your A# and secure password.

1. Select your phone number by your name.

2. Select the gear icon on the right side of the screen.

3. Select Call Routing and the second option to configure it to ring 4 times and then forward to your voicemail.

4. Configure your settings to Forward the call to my voicemail and 4 rings before forwarding.

5. Select Save.
