Bitwarden: Share Passwords with Others in Your Unit

Bitwarden has the ability keep passwords private and also share specific passwords with others in your unit.

 Instructions

Step-by-step guide:

  1. Hover to the right of the password you would like to share. In the dropdown menu that appears, select Share.



2. Make sure the Organization is USU and select the collection you would like to save the password to and click on Save.

 

Remember that any password information put in the “Organizations” area will stay with the University once you no longer work here.
