Confluence: EMail Notifications

When you want to stay up-to-date and in-the-know about content on Confluence, you can use the Watch feature. When you watch something, Confluence will send you a notification email about any changes to your watched content.
You can watch pages, blog, or entire spaces and you'll receive email notifications whenever the watched content is added to, edited, or deleted. This includes notifications about attachments and comments.
By default, Confluence will assign you as a watcher of any page or blog post that you create or edit. This behavior is called 'autowatch'.
Instructions
Watch a page or blog post
To start watching a page or blog post:
Go to the page or blog post.
Select the eye icon , and check Watch page.
Stop watching a page or blog post:
Go to a page or blog post you're already watching.
Select the eye icon and uncheck Watch page.
Watch an entire space
The quickest way to watch all pages and blog posts in a particular space:
Go to any page or blog post in the space.
Select the eye icon and check the option to Watch all content in this space
You can also watch a space by selecting Pages in the space sidebar, then choose Watch this space at the top right.
Stop watching entire space
Go to any page or blog post in the space.
Select the eye icon and uncheck the option to Watch all content in this space
View all pages/spaces you are watching
You can check all pages or spaces you are watching through your user settings.
Go to your user icon in the upper right.
Select Settings
Select the Watches tab
Select the Stop Watching link to stop email notifications on the space or page.
