Eduroam: Updating your certificates on MacOS

The eduroam network allows USU students, faculty and staff to seamlessly obtain Internet connectivity at participating institutions around the world. Find available locations with this interactive map.

 Instructions

Follow these instructions if you receive an error that says “Expiring configuration profile SecureW2 Eduroam Cert - Self Service”.

Open

1. Select Profiles

2. Highlight Utah State University USU MobileConfig

Open

3. Select - minus button at the bottom of the list

4. Select Remove

5. Type in the computer password

6. Close out that window

7. In a browser, open USU Knowledge Base article KB0015026 and follow the instructions to reinstall Eduroam
