 Problem

My ILLiad Customization Manager Desktop icon does not work

 Solution

The “Start In” field in the desktop shortcut is blank.

  1. Right-click the Illiad Customization Manager icon on the desktop

  2. Select Properties

  3. Select the Shortcuts tab

  4. Copy and paste the following into the “Start In” field: C:\Program Files (x86)\ILLiad

 

This can happen when an Illiad upgrade has been done.
