 Problem

If you are having trouble connecting to BlueZone after updating your Apple iPhone iOS to 14.1, try the following steps.

 Solution

  1. Open Settings

  2. Select WiFi

  3. Select the info icon next to the BlueZone connection

  4. Turn off “private address”
