Adobe: Access to Adobe Acrobat Pro is Gone

 Problem

I used to have access to Adobe Pro and now I don’t. I just ran out of the trial and I need it to have access to do my work.

 Solution

If you have access to Adobe CC in the past but are now unable to access it, try the following steps.

  1. Logout of Adobe.com

  2. Reboot your machine

  3. Log back into Adobe using your @usu.edu address.

  4. You should then see the options of the different products to download, one of which will be the Pro.

 

If you are still unable to see the Adobe CC product you need, contact the LIT team.
