Conference Room: Intermittent Zoom Sound Quality

 Problem

When in a Zoom conference meeting, the participants' sound seems to go in and out.

 Solution

One setting to check is the Zoom Audio Profile

1. Open Zoom

2. Select the up arrow next to the Mute button

3. Select Audio Settings

   Open

   

4. Select Audio

5. Select Audio Profile

6. Under Background Noise Suppression, select Low
