Slack/Jira: I can't create a ticket

Problem

I click on the link in the #lit-helpdesk Slack channel and I get an error. What do I do?

There are a few different things to try:

Clear all cookies from your browser.
1. Make sure you are clearing them for “all time” or “everything” not just the last hour. Browsers are defaulting to one hour or current session instead of clearing everything, which won’t help you.
2. Once you’ve cleared your cookies completely, try the link again.
Copy the link and paste it into a private window or incognito mode window.
Open a browser you don’t usually use and copy and paste the link there.
