Box: Box Drive Error

 Problem

After updating Box, it displays the following error “You installed an older version of Box Drive on top of a new version”.

 

 Solution

Box Drive will need to be uninstalled via Terminal. Follow the instructions found in USU IT KB0015358.

 

If you continue to have issues, contact the LIT team.
