Question

Who is allowed an AirTable account?

Answer

All full-time staff has been included in our current licensing tier. Students need to be approved through their unit head and LIT to determine if the need is valid. Any user that is set up to edit an Enterprise Level AirTable base, will be automatically assigned a paid account. In order for those costs to be controlled, please contact Aaron in LIT to coordinate license usage.

 

In order to keep costs minimized, please let LIT know if a person no longer needs their AirTable account.
