How do I view reservations someone else has made?

Answer

You can view all reservations made in the LibCal system. There are three areas to become familiar with.

1. Filters: You will need to make sure your filters are set for your search parameters. These filters are displayed at the top of the screen and include location, category, and timeframe.

2. Search: The only field you can search on is the “Booking Name”. It is important that a person has a descriptive naming convention.

3. Sort: You can sort on any of the fields by selecting the arrows next to the labels.
