LibCal: Available Times Not Displaying

Question

Why do no available times show when I look at some of the rooms?

There may be a couple of reasons for no available times displayed.

Library Hours: The rooms are linked to the library hours. Most of the rooms are available during that open timeframe. No time slots will be available if the library is closed.
Advanced Notice Required: Some rooms require advanced notice to prepare for that reservation. Some of those rooms include:
1. 202F Recording Studio (24 hours in advance notice)
2. 101 Meeting Room (3 days in advance notice)
3. Lobby Atrium (3 days in advance notice)
4. New Book Reading Lounge (3 days in advance notice)
5. Pop Up Gallery (3 days in advance notice)

If you need those areas quicker than their advance notice parameters, please contact the room approver directly to see if that is an option.
