Because every institution accesses their video library by a customized URL provided by http://Psychotherapy.net , or have modified that URL to meet their proxy requirements, you will need to add the appropriate URL to each video's MARC record for your institution.

For the MARC Record with video ID = "223", you will find the following URL in field 856: 

http://www.psychotherapy.net/stream/xxx/video?vid=223

If your institution is using proxy server authentication to access your video library, simply:

• Download the MARC Records Key to match the records (sorted by Video ID) to your video titles.

• Download the files that match your video titles and/or collection.

• Modify field 856 for your videos' records. Replace the "xxx" with the institution ID provided at set up.

• Add your proxy prefix to the URL based on your proxy requirements.

After loading, use Rapid Update to add hooks to item record.  (Or edit manually in Sierra if few records)

Rapid Update enables you to make multiple edits simultaneously. This function can:

• change the value of fixed-length fields.
