Request Enterprise level access

  1. Go to http://airtable.com and click the blue “Sign up for free” button at the top right of the window and create a new free account.

    1. When asked for a work email address, make sure to use your @usu.edu address.  Please do not use an @aggiemail.usu.edu address, @aggies.usu.edu or any other 3rd party address.

  2. Hopefully your account landing page should look something like this picture. If you click the “Go to all workspaces” button in the middle of the page or the “All Workspaces” option in the left pane, both indicated with red arrows, you should hopefully go to the next screen and next step.

  3. Rename your “Workspace” to a descriptive name like "Tom J. Workspace" but with your name.

    1. Select the button with the 3 dots on the very right side of the screen (red arrow), level with your Workspace name and then select “Rename workspace” (green arrow) from the drop down list that appears .

  4. Now we need to share your workspace with Aaron Curdy in LIT.

    1. Click on the “Share” button (as seen in the image above, blue arrow) over on the right side of the screen, level with your Workspace name.

    2. A new window will pop up that should look similar to the following pic. In the email invite box, red arrow, you can type my full email address of aaron.curdy@usu.edu or just try typing my name Aaron Curdy to see if it will auto populate. Then in the next box, green arrow, you will want to choose “Owner” from the drop down list that appears when you click on it. Lastly, click the blue invite button, blue arrow, to send your invite to me.
