Sign out of all things Adobe.
Uninstall all things Adobe.
Use the Adobe CC Cleaner app to remove artifacts. (https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html ) (Still had issues with Acrobat so…)
Use the Adobe Acrobat Cleaner app to remove the last of the artifacts. (https://labs.adobe.com/downloads/acrobatcleaner.html)
Log into Adobe.com
Download Adobe CC and install.
Use the CC app to download and install Acrobat.
