Location:
gjrnl = BARN journals
gbks = BARN books (annuals, etc.)
iabb = SCA (formerly ABR) Beat Magazines
agov = Government Documents (Gov.Info.)
etc.
MARC Leader:
Already filled out in the SerialHold form:
MARC Leader #####ny 22#####3n 4500 ← hover over field; right-click; Expand Field:
RECORD TYPE: y = Serial holdings OR v = multi-volume monograph holdings
ENC LEVEL: 3 = Encoding Level (top level of enumeration/date only)

008 fixed field:
008 121120 5 u 8 0 001 u a eng 0 ←hover; right-click; choose Expand Field
R/A Stat:
4 = currently received
5 = not currently received (many non-subscription titles, title changed, donations, etc.)
2 = publisher stopped publishing it
Language (of captions): eng = English language captions (unless they’re not)
