USU Library has purchased Enterprise level service for approved library personnel. Signing up with your @usu.edu email address does not automatically grant you enterprise-level permissions. Some of the advanced features include:

  • Blocks

  • Additional color and styling options

  • Advanced calendar features

  • Custom branded forms

  • Personal and locked views

  • Password and domain restricted shares

  • Field and table editing permissions

  • Early access to new features

Request Enterprise level access

  1. Go to http://airtable.com and click the blue “Sign up for free” button at the top right of the window and create a new free account.  

    1. When asked for a work email address, make sure to use your @usu.edu address.  Please do not use an @aggiemail.usu.edu address or any other 3rd party address.

  2. Rename "My Personal Workspace" to a descriptive name like "Tom J. Workspace

    1. Select Down Arrow (🔽 ) next to workspace

    2. Select Rename workspace

  3. Share workspace with Aaron Curdy in LIT

    1. Select down arrow (🔽 ) next to workspace

    2. Select Share workspace

    3. In the "Invite with email" space, type aaron.curdy@usu.edu

      • Change permissions from "Creator" to "Owner"

      • In the "Message" section, type "Please upgrade my workspace to Enterprise Level
