Zoom Using Logitech Camera and Sound

Instructions:
Turn on the computer (back of behind TV or cupboard under TV) and TV (remote)
Using the TV remote, press the Input button
Select HDMI 1 for or PC
Login Log in to Windows the PC using the wireless keyboard and mouse
If the keyboard and mouse are not responding, check to make sure ensure they are turned on.
Contact LIT if you don’t know the Windows login password.
Select Open the Zoom application
Sign in to your Zoom account and join your meeting using the SSO option
Select No, do not trust browser so that it does not keep your login information
Select No if asked if you would like to stay signed in
Sign out of your Zoom account when your meeting is over
Select your picture in the upper right corner
Select Sign Out
Shut down the computer and turn off the TV

Instructions:
Turn on the TV
Using the TV remote, press the Input button
Select HDMI 3 for or Apple TV
Select Control Center in the menu bar
Select Screen Mirroring
Select the Apple TV (i.e. les)
It may ask for a code that will be displayed on the TV. Type that code into the box displayed on your computer. (Not all Apple TVs require a code to access it.)
When you are done using screen share, open Screen Mirroring again and deselect the Apple TV

If the laptop does not automatically screen share, press the TV remote Input button and select Laptop
When you are done using screen share, unplug the HDMI cable

Select HDMI 4 for or PC (Sometimes, the laptop automatically connects when the HDMI is plugged in, so no selection is necessary.)
Turn ▪️Turn Off Computer
Select Windows Start Menu
Select Power icon
Select Shut Down
