Type in the correct heading for the item’s location, for exampleheader according to location:

Insert a line (change font size to 20 40 or so) between header & call number, then change back to 75/80 (or 6070)
Paste
Then finally you are ready to paste in the call number itself:

Save (as a Word document), then Save as Adobe PDF.
Open the PDF, click on print icon – and make sure * fit to pageis selected before printing; when asked, choose one of the small zebra printers (such as CatZD420 Label Printer); and print. If more than one label is needed, you can make a multipage PDF for all of them. Just make sure each label fits on a single standard page.
