3. For easier Tracking/Finding of Chinese, Korean, Japanese material,

   • Add the English title from the spreadsheet to the MARC record as a 246, dropping leading articles

4. If you can copy the Chinese, etc. language record’s characters over, do so; otherwise, just fill in the main transcription fields with transliterated text.
