if cataloging before license date, use Search in Content Manager, no filter to find the title

 Exporting the records for New titles

On the left menu bar, go to Content Manager

On the Content Manager page, go to Filter, click Recently Added

Go to Actions: Export Selected

From dropdown select: Export MARC Records

Open the file in MarcEdit and do a Edit-->Find All on =245 to see if there are extra titles in there.

• I like to add “Swank” to the file name

• Note the number of records for QC (if there is just one record, I’d do all the edits in Sierra, like Kanopy titles)

• If so, check with Gaby if they need to added to Sierra as new titles, along with the confirmed titles
