PDDA/EDA titles to be deleted emails

General:
Both Tyler and Kevin periodically send Pdda deletion request emails when they need discovery records deleted, because they have purchased an ebook through different channels (and we don't want to buy multiple copies.)
Before doing the requested record deletions, confirm that the records are unpurchased ebook or print, or EBA discovery records.
Check these fields before deleting:

I check the pDDA records carefully because occasionally they will request a deletion, but sometimes it turns out the print book was purchased but just didn't get cataloged properly to remove all those markers. In those cases, someone will need to fix the record

Sample email:
Hi Melanie,
Cheryl let me know that you are now the person I should be sending these titles to. I find them when I review the Create List load files that are created when Tyler uploads cataloging records from GOBI during his receiving/invoicing processes of shelf ready print titles, eDDA titles, and print and e-Approval titles. Consequently, the list of PDDA titles below are duplicates of titles we purchased via the aforementioned processes (shelf ready print titles, eDDA titles, and print and e-Approval titles).
