Kanopy video titles:
Here's the direct way of getting MARC records from Kanopy:
After logging in, click on Licenses on the top menu.
Click on the header for the Video Title column to sort titles alphabetically.

Look for your new titles and click on the little circled MR at the end of the title ("Download the 1 MARC record for this title.")

This page also gives you the start date and the end date for the license and this end date is what you put in the 540.
