Once you have been added as a delegate to an additional email account like an orphan account, you can set up your email client to view that information.

Outlook Desktop Client:
Click the File.
Click Open, and select Shared Mailbox.
Search for the shared email account (i.e. lit@usu.edu).
You should now be able to see the shared account below your primary account.
Outlook on the Web:
Login tohttp://owa.usu.eduas your email account.
Right-click the Folders tab, and select Add shared folder.
Search for the shared email account (i.e. lit@usu.edu).
You should now be able to see the shared account below your primary account.
