Setup your Mitel call routing to automatically forward to your voicemail after a certain number of rings.

Login to the Mitel application using your A# and secure password.
Select your phone number by your name.
Select the gear icon ⚙ on the right side of the screen.
Select “Call Routing” Call Routing and the second option to configure it to ring 4 times and then forward to your voicemail.
Configure your settings to “Forward Forward the call to my voicemail” voicemail and “4 4 rings before forwarding”forwarding.
Select “Save” Save.
