1. Type in changes as needed

   1. add a new field using the Functions at the right of the field.

2. Action: Replace record

3. Some of these will be in the old 866 format, if easy to do, go ahead and convert them to the standard, otherwise, update the 866 and change summary if detailed to: Local holdings available
