Thre are a variety of ways to utilize the equipment in the conference room. Depending on your need, choose one of the following methods available.

PC

TV Remote

Camera Remote

Apple TV Remote

\uD83D\uDCD8 Turn On Equipment

  1. Turn on the computer if needed (back left side of TV)

  2. Turn on TV using Sony TV remote

  3. Select input button on Sony remote

    1. Select HDMI 1 for PC

    2. Select HDMI 2 for AirMedia

    3. Select HDMI 3 les for Apple TV

    4. HDMI 4 for PC (automatically connects when the HDMI is plugged in)

\uD83D\uDCD8 Turn Off Computer

  1. Select Windows Start Menu

  2. Select Power icon

  3. Select Shut Down


\uD83D\uDCD8 Use Logitech Camera for Zoom Meeting

  1. Turn on the PC and TV

  2. Using the TV remote, press the Input button

  3. Select HDMI 1 for PC

  4. Login to Windows

  5. Select the Zoom application

  6. Sign in to your Zoom account and join your meeting using the SSO

    1. Select No, do not trust browser so that it does not keep your login information

    2. Select No if asked if you would like to stay signed in

  7. Sign out of your Zoom account when your meeting is over

    1. Select your picture in the upper right corner

    2. Select Sign Out

  8. Shut down the PC and turn off the TV

If the sound for the participants is not working correctly, check to make sure the settings are correct.

\uD83D\uDCD8 Connect via AirMedia (Apple Only)

  1. Turn on the TV

  2. Using the TV remote, press the Input button

  3. Select HDMI 2 for AirMedia

  4. Open AirMedia application

AirMedia Previously Installed

AirMedia Not Installed

(You only need to do this once)

  1. Open the Crestron AirMedia app

  2. Type in the AirMedia address shown on the TV and press enter (i.e. 10.7.69.120)

  1. Open a browser on your laptop

  2. Type in AirMedia address shown on the TV (i.e. http://10.7.69.120)

  3. Select Start Presenting

  4. Select Mac to download the program

  5. Click on the downloaded program to open it

  6. Open the file

5. A code will display on the TV. Input that code into the AirMedia pin-code box on your laptop and press Enter.

6. Select Control Center in the menu bar and then select the Screen Mirroring icon

7. Select the AirMedia receiver in the options provided

8. Type the code displayed on the TV again in the input box on your laptop

9. When you done using screen share, open Screen Mirroring again and deselect the AirMedia receiver

10. Turn off the TV


\uD83D\uDCD8 Connect via Apple TV (Apple Only)

  1. Turn on the TV

  2. Using the TV remote, press the Input button

  3. Select HDMI 3 for Apple TV

  4. Select Control Center in the menu bar

  5. Select Screen Mirroring

  6. Select the Apple TV (i.e. les)

  7. When you done using screen share, open Screen Mirroring again and deselect the Apple TV

  8. Turn off the TV


\uD83D\uDCD8 Connect via HDMI Cable (Apple and PC)

  1. Turn on the TV

  2. Connect your laptop using the HDMI cable

  3. When you are done using screen share, unplug the HDMI cable

  4. Turn off the TV

  1. Open Sync on the computer

    1. Select “i” on the right side of the Rally Mini Bar title

      1. Serial number and firmware info is found here

    2. Firmware updates are also done here.
