Log in to UALC GOBI account with personal login for ualc

• can also obtain a MARC record file from: ftp://ftp.ybp.com - ecat folder

• but won't usually need to do this since the MARC record is already in Sierra as a discovery record

Library -> View Accounting Documents

Enter invoice number from email

• (or choose US DDA Invoicing and limit document dates)

• Download the invoice

• Enter information below as found on invoice & Sierra

Edit the existing UALC eDDA discovery Sierra record as below

     (bib 001 and 910 and item internal note)

• bib 001 add "purchased" at end to prevent deletion by accident

• bib 910 UALC YBP DDA purchased [invoice date] (make sure to delete "discovery record")

• item record internal note: UALC YBP DDA purchased [invoice date]

Send an email to Kevin with the title, bib #, Invoice # and date and attach the downloaded invoice for Kevin
