Zoom Using Logitech Camera and Sound

Instructions:

1. Turn on the computer if needed (back left side of TV)

2. Turn on TV using Sony TV remote

3. Select input button on Sony remote

   1. Select HDMI 1 for PC

   2. Select HDMI 2 for AirMedia

   3. Select HDMI 3 les for Apple TV

1. Select Windows Start Menu

2. Select Power icon

3. Select Shut Down

\uD83D\uDCD8 Use Logitech Camera for Zoom Meeting

1. Turn on the PC and TV(behind TV or cupboard under TV) and TV (remote)

2. Using the TV remote, press the Input button

3. Select HDMI 1 for PC

4. Login to Windows

5. Select or PC

6. Log in to the PC using the wireless keyboard and mouse

   1. If the keyboard and mouse are not responding, check to ensure they are turned on.

   2. Contact LIT if you don’t know the Windows login password.

7. Open the Zoom application

8. Sign in to your Zoom account and join your meeting using the SSO option

   1. Select No, do not trust browser so that it does not keep your login information

   2. Select No if asked if you would like to stay signed in

9. Sign out of your Zoom account when your meeting is over

   1. Select your picture in the upper right corner

   2. Select Sign Out

10. Shut down the PC computer and turn off the TV

Connect via Crestron AirMedia

Instructions:

1. Turn on the TV

2. Using the TV remote, press the Input button

3. Select HDMI 2 for or AirMedia

4. Open AirMedia application

AirMedia Previously Installed	AirMedia Not Installed (You only need to do this once)
Open the Crestron AirMedia app Type in the AirMedia address shown on the TV and press enter Enter (i.e. 10.7.69.120)	Open a browser on your laptop Type in the Crestron AirMedia address shown on the TV (i.e. http://10.7.69.120) Select Start Presenting Select Mac or Windows to download the program Click on the downloaded program to open itand install the application Open the fileCrestron AirMedia application

5. A code will display on the TV. Input that code into the AirMedia pin-code box on your laptop and press Enter.

Connect via Apple TV

Instructions:

1. Turn on the TV

2. Using the TV remote, press the Input button

3. Select HDMI 3 for or Apple TV

4. Select Control Center in the menu bar

5. Select Screen Mirroring

6. Select the Apple TV (i.e. les)

   

7. It may ask for a code that will be displayed on the TV. Type that code into the box displayed on your computer. (Not all Apple TVs require a code to access it.)

8. When you are done using screen share, open Screen Mirroring again and deselect the Apple TV

9. Turn off the TV

2. Connect your laptop using the HDMI cable

3. Select Control Center in the menu bar

4. Select Screen Mirroring

5. Select the laptop device

   1. If the laptop does not automatically screen share, press the TV remote Input button and select Laptop

6. When you are done using screen share, open Screen Mirroring and deselect the laptopUnplug unplug the HDMI cable

7. Turn off the TV

3. Select input button on Sony remote

   4. Select HDMI 4 or PC (Sometimes, the laptop automatically connects when the HDMI is plugged in, so no selection is necessary.)
