My ILLiad Customization Manager Desktop icon does not work

The “Start In” field in the desktop shortcut is blank.

Right-click the Illiad Customization Manager icon on the desktop
Select Properties
Select the Shortcuts tab
Copy and paste the following into the “Start In” field: C:\Program Files (x86)\ILLiad

This can happen when an Illiad upgrade has been done.
