This tutorial will go over the addition of the 909 field, which is used to document who cataloged a record, the date it was cataloged, the action taken, and any other notes deemed useful by the cataloger. This field is REPEATABLE, please add for each person who works on a record. |

|e ISSUE: [SHELF READY FIX, UPGRADED OCLC, 505 ADDED, 520 ADDED] | Optional | FIX SHELF READY UPGRADE OCLC 505 ADDED 520 ADDED | Four different typical actions that need to be tracked can be recorded here using this controlled vocabulary. Select the applicable (if any) terms by leaving it (them) and deleting the others. If none apply, then delete the entire subfield. In most cases, this entire subfield will be deleted before importing to Sierra.
