Use Logitech Camera for Zoom Meeting

Equipment Used:

Instructions:

  1. Turn on the computer if needed (back left side of TV)

  2. Turn on TV using Sony TV remote

  3. Select input button on Sony remote

    1. Select HDMI 1 for PC

    2. Select HDMI 2 for AirMedia

    3. Select HDMI 3 les for Apple TV

    4. HDMI 4 for PC (automatically connects when the HDMI is plugged in)

  1. Select Windows Start Menu

  2. Select Power icon

  3. Select Shut Down

  1. Turn on the PC and TVand TV (remote)

  2. Using the TV remote, press the Input button

  3. Select HDMI 1 for PC

  4. Login to Windows using the wireless keyboard and mouse

    1. If the keyboard and mouse are not responding, check to make sure they are turned on.

  5. Select the Zoom application

  6. Sign in to your Zoom account and join your meeting using the SSO

    1. Select No, do not trust browser so that it does not keep your login information

    2. Select No if asked if you would like to stay signed in

  7. Sign out of your Zoom account when your meeting is over

    1. Select your picture in the upper right corner

    2. Select Sign Out

  8. Shut down the PC computer and turn off the TV

Instructions:

  1. Turn on the TV

  2. Using the TV remote, press the Input button

  3. Select HDMI 2 for AirMedia

  4. Open AirMedia application

(You only need to do this once)

  1. Open the Crestron AirMedia app

  2. Type in the AirMedia address shown on the TV and press enter Enter (i.e. 10.7.69.120)

  1. Open a browser on your laptop

  2. Type in the Crestron AirMedia address shown on the TV (i.e. http://10.7.69.120)

  3. Select Start Presenting

  4. Select Mac or Windows to download the program

  5. Click on the downloaded program to open itand install the application

  6. Open the fileCrestron AirMedia application

5. A code will display on the TV. Input that code into the AirMedia pin-code box on your laptop and press Enter.
